The “Powered by NIVEA: We Care. You Move.” promotion (the Promotion) is open to all residents in Switzerland aged 18 years or over, except employees, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion.
The Promoter of this Promotion is Beiersdorf AG, Bellerivestrasse 36, CH 8008 Zürich.
The entry period is from 01.06.2026 to 19.07.2026 (the Promotional Period). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the Powered by NIVEA: We Care. You Move. Challenge on Strava (200 minutes of activity during the month of June).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be selected randomly / chosen by an independent person within 30 days of the closing date of the Promotion (the Draw Date). [Number of winners] winner(s) will be selected.
The winner(s) will receive the following prize: 1 NIVEA Box containing 10 products from the NIVEA SUN, Deodorant and Shower ranges.
The prize is non transferable, non exchangeable and cannot be paid in cash.
The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry within 72 hours of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.
The prize will be sent by post within 14 working days of confirmation.
The prize is supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make this necessary.
Where legally required, the Promoter will make available the surname and canton of residence of the winner(s) for 28 days after the closing date upon request to the consumer service. Entrants may object to this disclosure at the time of entry. Information may still be provided to regulatory authorities if required.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where necessary.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence. Statutory rights are not affected.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Promotion. By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, image and town or canton of residence to announce the winner(s) and for related promotional purposes. Names will be published in pseudonymised form (e.g. “Anna K. from City XYZ”).
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose and duration of the Promotion and deleted after completion unless further consent has been provided or statutory retention obligations apply. Further information can be found in the brand’s privacy policy.
Miscellaneous
The Promotion is governed by the law of the country in which the Promoter is based. Courts at the Promoter’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
